Initiate Your Return
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and sanitary liners still attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Credit
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange order will be issued within 5-7 business days.
